General Instruction & Eligibility Criteria for Clerk Post
  • Read Instruction & Eligibility Criteria carefully before making application.
  • Only Female Candidate can apply. All details must be filled in English only.
  • Candidate Age must be between 22 to 35 yrs as on 31/08/2025
  • A valid graduation certificate in any academic stream is a mandatory requirement.
  • A valid MS-CIT or CCC Computer Course certificate is a mandatory requirement. However, candidates who have pursued a degree in a Computer-related stream are exempt from this requirement.
  • A valid Gazette certificate in case of name change (optional).
  • Candidates are required to provide a valid and active Email ID to receive important updates regarding the recruitment process. Email communication is offered as an additional convenience to applicants. However, in the event of non-receipt of emails—due to technical issues or any other reason the site or Pune Bank Association shall not be held responsible. All candidates are advised to regularly visit the Pune Bank Association’s official website for the latest and most accurate information regarding recruitment procedures, schedules, and announcements
  • The application fee is Rs. 885/- (inclusive of GST) which is strictly non-refundable. Refunds will be processed only in cases of duplicate online payments made against the same registered Application Number or Email ID. Candidates are advised to verify payment status before initiating a second transaction to avoid duplication. Steps for Online Application
  1. Registration of Candidate : Candidate need to provide Surname, First Name, Middle Name, Mother Name, Gender, Martial Status, Old Name in case of Name Change, Birth Date, Mobile No & active Email-id to complete registtration.
  2. Application No : After completing registration, candidate will receive Application Number & Password on their e-mail. Candidate must provide accurate details at the time of registration. Once application number is generated, registration details cannot be edited through out the application.
  3. Fees Payment The application fee for the Clerk post is Rs. 885/- (inclusive of GST). The online application form and document upload process can be initiated only after successful payment of the application fee.
  4. Application Form filling : Upon completing the payment, candidates must proceed to fill in the remaining application details (like Communication address, education details, experience details etc.) and upload the required documents as per the instructions provided.
  5. Mandatory Document to upload.
    1. Scan Image in .jpg format of Latest passport size photo (Color Image size less than 20 KB.)
    2. Scan Image in .jpg format of Specimen Signature (Black & White Image (Image Size less than 10 KB)
    3. Scan copy of SSC/10th pass Mark list/Certificate in .pdf format (Size less than 1 mb).
    4. Scan copy of HSC/12th pass Mark list/Certificate in .pdf format (Size less than 1 mb).
    5. Scan copy of Graduate Degree Mark list/Certificate in .pdf format (Size less than 1 mb).
    6. Scan copy of MS-CIT or CCC Computer Course Certificate in .pdf format (Size less than 1 mb). (optional for BSC Comp Science, BCA, BE Comp Sci.)
    7. Scan copy of Gazatte Certificate (optional).
  6. Final Submission : After completing all sections of the application form, candidates must carefully verify the entered details before proceeding to final submission. Once the application is submitted:
    - A PDF copy of the submitted application form will be available for download.
    - No further edits or modifications can be made after the PDF has been generated. Candidates are advised to review all information thoroughly prior to submission to avoid discrepancies.
  7. Written Exam Date & Hallticket : Once the written examination center and date are finalized, the exam schedule and the link to download the hall ticket will be published on this website. It is the candidate’s responsibility to regularly check notifications on the official website and their registered email address.
